What do you charge for delivery

We try and keep these as simple as possible.

For the UK - we charge £3.99 per item.  As soon as your goods are in stock, we ship them out to you using Royal Mail, or Parcelforce for larger deliveries.

For Overseas - As you'd expect, the cost depends on the country of destination and the weight of the parcel, but you'll see the shipping charge as you go through the checkout process.

Insurance - what if my goods arrive damaged? - We're so confident in the abilities of Linda and Wendy in our packing room that we don't charge you a penny for insurance.  In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged, just email us a photo of the damage and we'll send out a replacement.

How long will my order take?
This varies from item to item.  We try to carry good stocks, but we often have a mad rush and find our shelves suddenly empty.  Generally, we say 'up to 4 weeks'.  For a more precise idea, call us on +44 (0) 1924 362510.

Do you offer interest free payment?
We do indeed - many customers take advantage of our Easy Payment Plan which is Interest Free and can be tailored to your requirements. Our Customer Service team will be delighted to set it up for you.  Why not call them on +44 (0)1924 362510?
You can purchase any item over £100 using our Easy Payment Plan (subject to status) providing the monthly instalment is £25 or more, up to a maximum of ten instalments.
We may need to to obtain a credit reference to progress your application, which can be done quickly and with your authority.
We're registered with the UK Data Protection Act and hold a Consumer Credit Licence for the purpose of granting credit payments,
We send you your Items once half the payments have been made.

How secure are my details?
A simple answer - 100%.  When we take payment, we use SagePay which is totally secure.  We don't keep any of your credit card information.  As for your other details, they are kept equally securely and we promise we'll never pass them on to anyone else.

Can I have my parcel Giftwrapped?
We're more than happy to gift-wrap your parcel. In fact Wendy and Linda in the packing room really love wrapping parcels in our gorgeous paper.  Every parcel is finished off with a smart ribbon. And the cost for this service?  Just £3.
